Why fasting ENDS Diseases.
There is a very simple reason. When you fast, you deprive your body of Protein, at the same time
you are depriving Bacteria and also Viruses of
Protein. A virus has two outer coatings of protein, both viruses and bacteria have to have protein
to survive, along with Cancer cells. Didn't
your doctor tell you that? If you get the Flu, the worst thing you can do is eat any protein.

Amazing fact: Americans are gaining weight (around 9 kg for the past three decades). The major
reason for the obesity epidemic that has gripped the
United States in the past three decades is increased food intake, not reduced physical activity,
according to a study released Friday at the European
Congress on Obesity in Amsterdam. The study is the first to quantify the relative contributions of
food and exercise habits to the growing number of
Americans with bulging waistlines. "In the U.S., over the last 30 years, it seems that the food
side of the equation has changed much more than
the physical activity side," Professor Boyd A. Swinburn, director of the World Health
Organization Collaborating Center for Obesity Prevention at
Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia, noted in a telephone interview with Reuters Health. Weight
gain in the American population seems to be
virtually all due to the consumption of more calories, with declines in physical activity
playing only a minor role, Swinburn explained.

Just found new article regarding fasting and psoriasis:
Nutrition Physiology and Human Nutrition Unit, Institute of Food Science, University of Hannover,
Wunstorfer Strasse 14, D-30453 Hannover, Germany.
Psoriasis is considered as a T-cell-mediated inflammatory skin disease which is characterized by
hyperproliferation and poor differentiation of
epidermal keratinocytes. While susceptibility to psoriasis is inherited, the disease is influenced
by environmental factors such as infections and
stress. Diet has been suggested to play a role in the aetiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis.
Fasting periods, low-energy diets and vegetarian diets
improved psoriasis symptoms in some studies, and diets rich in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids from
fish oil also showed beneficial effects. All these
diets modify the polyunsaturated fatty acid metabolism and influence the eicosanoid profile, so that
inflammatory processes are suppressed. Some
patients with psoriasis show an elevated sensitivity to gluten. In patients with IgA and/or IgG
antigliadin antibodies the symptoms have been shown to
improve on a gluten-free diet. The active form of vitamin D, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D(3), exhibits
antiproliferative and immunoregulatory effects via
the vitamin D receptor, and thus is successfully used in the topical treatment of psoriasis. In this
review, dietary factors which play a role in
psoriasis are assessed and their potential benefit is evaluated. Furthermore, the risk of
drug-nutrient interactions in psoriasis therapy is
discussed.

My name is Irina, and I'm just a beginner in fasting, I fasted on water for 3 days and
I've lost 4 kilos. I've cleaned my whole
organism and feel great now. I enjoyed thermal bathes as well. I do recommend fasting to everybody,
and look forward to fasting for a longer period .

I never believed the results could be
so outstanding…Few days ago
I arrived back from Hungary, Budapest after a fasting and cleansing
program, which took 10 days and I am feeling great. I thought that I will not
survive with not receiving enough calories every day, but quite the contrary I
felt very light and free. I can even tell that this program demonstrated
“new me” to myself. Of course, you need to incline yourself for the
fasting, as it is not very easy.
Besides the aspect that
I lost 6 kg, there are a lot of other advantages of the fasting. I feel that my
stomach works better now, and my skin became clearer and smoother. As well, I
sleep much better now and my thoughts happened to get some clarity and this is
very important. I loved the beauty of Budapest and their thermal baths, which
are built on the natural hot springs.
If you ask, could I do that on my
own? I guess I couldn’t, if even I knew exactly what to
do. The support from the medical staff
and program managers is crucial.
Would I do it again? Yes! I already
plan to do it on a regular basis, like at least once a year. The next time I
will try Croatia, the Adriatic Sea coast.
